Full Time – Ongoing Agency

We are looking for an experienced Waste and Recycling Supervisor to join our client’s busy Rugby-based team.

This is a full-time, urgent role supporting all aspects of waste management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a small group of operatives
• Keeping control of KPIs, costs and purchasing
• Running daily briefings, tackling staff issues, and completing computer-based tasks.
• Communicating with members of the public and local councillors
• Handling complaints and queries promptly

What we’re looking for:

• Proven supervisory experience within waste-management, street cleaning, or something similar
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
