Remote Customer Service Advisor

£9.80 per hour (£10.98 with Holiday pay)

Work from home but you must be local to Coventry, due to occasional unscheduled visits to the site

Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a local Healthcare provider that is looking to bring a new Customer Service Advisor into their Remote team. This role is Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 & training will take place at their Coventry based site.

So what would I be doing?

– Making outbound calls

– Arranging appointments

– Dealing with Couriers & Distributors

– Taking inbound calls

– General Customer Service & Administration

And what do I get?

But what experience do I need?

– Prior Customer Service experience is essential (Preferably phone based)

– You must be available to start on 2nd December
