Then this is the job for you! We are currently recruiting for an established company based in Rugby that are looking to grow their Customer Service team. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday between the hours of 06:00 – 23:00 on a four weekly Rotating Shift Pattern. You MUST be able to work weekends and nights.
So what would I be doing?
– Answering Inbound Calls
– Communicating between Customers and Third Parties
– Logging Data from Calls Accurately
– Providing Solutions
– Seeing a call through from Beginning to End
– Customer Service

But what experience do I need?
– Customer Service Experience (Experience in transport industry desirable)
– Previous Customer Service or Call Centre Experience
