£19p/hr (£15.70p/hr during initial training)

Urgent: Full Time

We are looking for experienced CNC setter/operators who are looking to expand their skills, learn new machines and can commit to a rotating shift within a busy and aerospace company in Wigston.

 Initially you will be operating machinery, to produce high end intricate aerospace components, learning how to set multi axis CNC grinders over 1 – 2 years.

Shift Rotation 

Days – Monday – Thursday 05:45 – 13:45 & Friday 05:45 – 10:45

Afternoon – Monday – Thursday 13:45 – 21:45 & Friday 10:45 – 15:45

Nights – Monday – Thursday 21:45 – 05:45 & Friday 15:45 – 20:45

To be considered

• As long as you have a background as a CNC setter/operator on either CNC milling, turning or grinding machines, working with metal components to tight tolerances then you will receive full training on multi axis CNC grinders.
• Your initial training is on fixed days (average 2 – 4 weeks), then moved to the rotating shift. While training you will be on £15.70 then once on rotating pattern moved up to £19.
• Able to accurately use micrometers, and be flexible enough to work the rotating shift pattern.
