Rotating Shifts (Days / Lates / Nights)

£46,000 – £50,000 (inc. shift allowance)

Let me tell you what this actually is before you decide if it’s worth your time.

It’s a permanent maintenance engineering job with an aerospace manufacturer just outside Leicester. Good company, good kit, good people.

They look after their engineers and there’s a genuine career path if you want one.

The work itself is PPM and reactive maintenance on CNC machinery and facilities. Mechanical and electrical.

You’ll need to be comfortable with both.

Here’s what they’re looking for:

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• You’ve worked on CNC machinery before and know what you’re doing
• Hydraulics and pneumatics under your belt
• You can commit to a rotating shift

Speaking of which, the shift pattern looks like this:

• Days: Mon-Thu 05:45-13:45, Fri 05:45-10:45
• Lates: Mon-Thu 13:45-21:45, Fri 10:45-15:45
• Nights: Mon-Thu 21:45-05:45, Fri 15:45-20:45

You’ll be on a fixed day shift to start while you go through training. Then you rotate.
