We are looking for several well-spoken, computer literate call centre operatives to work within a small outsourced call centre based in the Daventry area.

This is a role dealing with inbound calls from official bodies such as the police to social services, you will be handling the call, working with a master planner, updating computer systems and managing a call from start to finish.

To be considered – you need to be local to Daventry, have some kind of customer facing / customer service experience, be fully computer literate and someone who is reliable (due to the nature of the work – it’s vital that you can turn up without any issues).
