Here at SolviT we have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients based in Lutterworth as a Commercial Insurance Executive (renewals) on a full time permanent basis earning between £35,000- £40,000 DOE. Please note this role is fully office based. The perfect person for the role will have AT LEAST 2 years’ experience working in Commercial Insurance, this role does offer training on the specifics of the job but a background in telephone based Insurance Renewals is essential.

What will I be doing?

• Responsible for the renewal of a set monthly allocation of clients
• Maintain and promote customer relationships
• Identify and act upon new-business opportunities
• Control the renewal process for clients
• Discuss renewal terms with customers
• Dealing with Renewals
• Conduct fact-finding calls to identify requirements and provide quotations in line with (TCF) principles
• Document all customer interactions and maintain data integrity within Acturis

What do I need?

• 1-2 years Commercial Insurance Experience (desirable)
• MUST have experience dealing with telephone based Insurance Renewals
• Experience using automated information systems
• Excellent IT Skills
• Great Customer Service
• Understanding of wider insurance policies
