£14.22 p/hour (inc shift allowance)

We are looking for a light production operative to work within the clean room of a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a role where you use microscopes, tweezers and grabbers. You will be assembling small ceramics products, applying metallic parts, following drawings and performing visual inspection.

Some of the products are very small, fiddly and break easy.

It’s a rotating shift working Monday – Friday so a week of early and then a week of afternoons (you need to work this shift pattern).

It’s a great role within a growing engineering company, you will be looked after, trained and given a nice career ladder to climb.

The perfect person will be local to Rugby, have an interest in engineering, is dexterously, fully numerate / literate and someone who with a great eye for detail.
