£12.00 p/hour (rising after 12 weeks)

Full Time – Temp 2 Perm

We are looking for an experienced customer service coordinator who can commit to a nice day shift within a medium sized manufacturing company in the Rugby area.

This is an office-based role working 0800 – 1630 Mon – Fri and a role that requires you to answer incoming calls, deal with issues that customers might have, offer a proper resolution and take complete ownership.

You will be following a process, recording information on a computer system, sending emails, speaking to internal supplier or contractors all in with the view to giving the customer a great experience.

The office is buoyant, most of the work will be via the phone and you will receive full training on how to deal with customers.

To be considered – it’s essential that you have customer service experience within a role that requires you to deal with an issue (rather than just passing off to other departments) and that you are both well-spoken and able to structure an email.
