Counterbalance driver – Manufacturing environment 

Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00 Fri 08:00-16:30 

£13.00 per hour (42 hours per week) + £19.50 OT rate (OT opportunities often available)

Lawford Heath Rugby – own transport required for this location

We are currently hiring for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a manufacturing business in Rugby. 

THIS IS A MUTLISKILLED ROLE WHICH INCLUDES WORKING BOTH ON AND OFF THE FLT. Please note you will be working with raw materials therefore the envirornment can be dusty. 

Duties will/may include:

• Using counterbalance to load and unload machinery 
• Changing machinery settings 
• Using extendable knives to cut bags of products 
• Basic computer system use 

To be considered you will:

• Have your own reliable transport
• Be an experienced Counterbalance operator with proof of training
• Any previous manufacuring/production experience is benefitial
